Please:
- Clean and put away the dishes you used.
- Clean the appliances you used (including oven and microwave)
- Gather all your trash and empty the bins
For everything else, our team handles a complete cleaning, including disinfection, kitchen maintenance, bathroom and toilet cleaning, vacuuming and mopping floors, as well as bed-making and linen pressing.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges (e.g., unwashed dishes: €49), to respect our team's work.
Energy and Heating Rules
The accommodation includes an energy package for heating between 19 and 22°C. In case of excessive consumption, an additional charge may apply.
Additional Rules
Pets
Please ensure that no odors or traces (hair, etc.) are left behind. Pets are not allowed on fabrics (sofas, beds).
No Smoking
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking indoors. In case of non-compliance, ozone disinfection cleaning will be required (charge: €128).

Additional Requests
We perform intermediate cleaning after your departure (kitchen disinfection, toilet, bathroom, floor washing and vacuuming, and bed-making). Please leave the apartment in a reasonable condition, clean and put away your dishes as when you arrived; any extra cleaning will be charged additionally.
